Welcome to the Bizzy Space Ltd. ("Bizzy," "We," or "our") mobile application and website (collectively, the "App" or "Services"). Bizzy operates a rental marketplace platform that connects commercial property owners or operators ("Hosts") with individuals seeking to rent spaces for limited use and time ("Renters"). Our App facilitates the listing, discovery, booking, communication, and payment processing for various rental transactions.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the third-party services we rely on, and the choices and rights you have. We are committed to protecting personal information relating to you ("Information" or "personal information") and to handling it in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

Age requirement: The App is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services.
Important: You are not legally required to provide us with any Information relating to you. However, not providing certain Information may prevent us from offering you the full functionality of the App.
We collect the following categories of personal information, primarily so we can operate the marketplace and provide the Services. Most data is linked to your account.
With your permission, we use your device's approximate and precise location only while you are actively using the App to show nearby spaces and improve search results. We do not collect your location in the background. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
When you make or receive a payment, payment card details are entered directly into the secure interface of our payment processor (GROW / Meshulam). Bizzy does not collect or store your full card number or CVV on its servers. We store a tokenized reference to your payment method (such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry, and cardholder name/phone provided to the processor) and your transaction and booking history, in order to process bookings, payouts and subscription renewals.
We collect crash logs, performance data, and limited session/diagnostic information to detect, fix and prevent technical problems and to improve reliability.
We share the minimum Information necessary with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us operate the App. These include:

Bizzy does not display third-party advertising, does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers.
We may share Information relating to you:
Information relating to you may be stored and processed in data centres located in Europe, the United States and Israel, and may be transferred to and processed in other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We retain Information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, either from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@bizzy-space.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information (for example, transaction records for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes).
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), your consent (e.g., marketing and location), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention and improving the Services). You have the rights described above, including data portability and the right to object.
On our website we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. Most browsers let you control cookies, including whether to accept them and how to remove them.
We implement physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect your Information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tokenization of payment data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Revised" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
